We do not offer refunds on our chicken products unless the item has not yet been packed for pick-up. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.

Damages and Issues
We take pride in the quality of our products. Please inspect your order at the time of pick-up and notify us immediately if there are any issues, such as defects or incorrect items. To resolve any concerns, photographic evidence of the issue may be required.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for sale items or gift cards.
