Microwave (700W)

  1. Open a small slit in the bag

  2. Microwave it after thawing

  3. Heat for 60-90 seconds (flip every 30 seconds for even heating)

Soaking in Hot Water (≥100℃)

  1. Thaw the chicken breast

  2. Pour kettle-boiled water (≥100℃) into a bowl

  3. Place the vacuum sealed pouch (do not open) directly into the hot water

  4. Submerge for 8 minutes
